The workflow comes before the technology
We start by understanding how the work actually runs — not how the org chart says it runs. The architecture is the last decision, not the first.
AI is a component, not a category
A model is the right tool when information is unstructured or judgement is needed. When the rules are clear, a scheduled job and a database will beat it on cost, speed and reliability every time.
A system is not a script
Anything we build has error handling, logging, retries and somewhere for a human to look when it misbehaves. Demos are easy; the second month is what matters.
People keep the decisions
Human-in-the-loop is a design choice, not a compromise. The goal is to remove the admin around a decision, not the person making it.

A recruitment system and a creator intelligence platform look nothing alike from the outside. Underneath, they are the same idea: connect the data, add judgement where it's needed, and give someone a place to act.
